1. Our Services
1.1 Ordering: All raffle, drink and event tickets and stock product orders must be submitted using www.beaconraffletickets.com. PHONE ORDERS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
1.2 Customer Service: Customer Service is available toll free at 1-844-232-2664 between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. Eastern Standard Time, Monday – Friday, excluding holidays. Collect calls are not accepted.
1.3 Stock: All raffle tickets are printed on 67 # Bristol card stock in your choice of gold, blue, pink, green, ivory, canary, gray, orchid, tan, or peach.
1.4 Ink: All raffle tickets are printed in black ink.
1.5 Numbering: Raffle ticket numbering can begin at a number of your choice, if no preference is expressed, numbering will begin at 00001.
1.6 Proofs: A proof of your raffle ticket order will be generated on your computer screen as you make your selections on beaconraffletickets.com, prior to submitting your order. Check proof for accuracy prior to submitting order. BEACON PRINTING, INC. IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ERRORS IN PRINTING BASED UPON CUSTOMER SUBMISSIONS. Because orders are subject to immediate production upon receipt, it is not possible to correct any inaccuracies in your order after submission.
1.7 Cancellations, Refunds, and Claims: Each order placed on beaconraffletickets.com is subject to immediate production upon submission and accordingly cannot be altered or cancelled after submission. Because your raffle tickets and other items are custom manufactured products, Beacon Printing, Inc. is unable to accept returns or provide refunds. Claims for raffle tickets and other items not printed according to the approved proof must be made no later than 10 calendar days after delivery of the order. If no timely claim is made, the customer will be deemed to have confirmed that the job has been satisfactorily completed.
1.8 Processing: Orders are processed promptly in the order received.
1.9 Payment: Payment by credit card is required when placing order. Credit cards are immediately charged upon the submission of the order.
1.10 Shipment: Orders are shipped approximately 48 hours after receipt, excluding holidays and weekends.
1.11 Shipping and Handling: All orders are shipped via UPS ground. Shipping charges are additional and not included in the raffle ticket price. Any address correction charges from UPS will result in a $6.50 charge to the credit card used to place the order. UPS tracking information will be provided upon shipment of order. ORDERS CANNOT BE SHIPPED TO POST OFFICE BOXES.
1.12 Delay in Delivery: Delivery commitments are made contingent upon events beyond the control of Beacon Printing, Inc. Delays in the return or acceptance of sales tax exemption certificates will delay delivery.
2. Use of BeaconRaffleTickets.com
2.1 Eligibility: Beacon Printing, Inc. will only knowingly provide the beaconraffletickets.com services to parties who can lawfully enter into and form contracts under applicable law.
2.2 Compliance: By using this website, Customers agree to comply with all terms and conditions of beaconraffletickets.com, all applicable laws, regulations, and rules when using beaconraffletickets.com.
2.3 License: Beacon Printing, Inc. grants customers a limited revocable license to access and use beaconraffletickets.com for its intended purposes, subject to the customer’s compliance with the terms and conditions.
2.4 Third Party Services: Beacon Printing, Inc. may use third parties to provide certain services accessible through beaconraffletickets.com. Beacon Printing, Inc. does not control those third parties or their services, and customers agree that Beacon Printing, Inc. will not be liable in any way for a customer’s use of such services.
3. General Rules
3.1 Title: Title to finished work passes to the customer upon shipment of order.
3.2 Prohibited Use: You may only use beaconraffletickets.com as expressly
permitted by Beacon Printing, Inc. in these Terms and Conditions. Specifically, users may not disrupt beaconraffletickets.com or interfere with any user’s access or use of the website.
3.3 License: By using the beaconraffletickets.com website and services you grant
Beacon Printing, Inc. a royalty-free, worldwide, transferable, nonexclusive right
and license to use the content generated through the use of
beaconraffletickets.com as Beacon Printing, Inc. deems necessary.
3.4 Advertising: By ordering from beaconraffletickets.com, the customer grants Beacon Printing, Inc. the permission to use the approved proof for advertising purposes.
4. Representations, Warranties, and Indemnification
4.1 Copyrights: The customer represents and warrants that the subject matter to be printed is not copyrighted by a third party and does not violate any copyright or trademark laws. To support this warranty, the customer agrees to indemnify and hold Beacon Printing, Inc. harmless for all liability, damages, and attorneys’ fees that may be incurred in any legal action connected with copyright infringement involving the work produced or provided. Customer is solely responsible for any copyright violations resulting from activities on beaconraffletickets.com.
4.2 Personal and Economic Rights: The customer warrants that the subject matter to be printed does not contain anything that is libelous, scandalous, or anything that threatens anyone’s right to privacy or other personal or economic rights. The customer will hold Beacon Printing, Inc. harmless and, at the customer’s sole expense, indemnify Beacon Printing, Inc. in all legal actions that may arise in connection with the purchase of products from beaconraffletickets.com.
4.3 Legality: Customer represents and warrants to Beacon Printing, Inc. that the execution of its obligation under these terms and conditions does not constitute a breach of conflict with any other agreement by which it is bound and does not infringe copyright, trademark, patent, right of privacy, or any other applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
4.4 Enforceability: Customer represents and warrants to Beacon Printing, Inc. that the acceptance of the terms and condition of beaconraffletickets.com creates a legal, valid, and binding obligation of the party using the website, enforceable in accordance with the terms and conditions.
5. Disclaimers
5.1 Disclaimer of Implied Warranty: Beacon Printing, Inc. provides the beaconraffletickets.com service “AS IS.” Beacon Printing, Inc. does not represent or warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, free of inaccuracies and errors, or will operate with the hardware and software customers utilize. Beacon Printing, Inc. makes no warranties other than those made expressly in these terms and conditions and hereby disclaims any and all implied warranties.
5.2 Conformity of Raffle Tickets and Other Items: Beacon Printing, Inc. warrants only that the raffle tickets and other items will conform to the customer-approved proof generated when placing the order.
6. Reservation of Rights
6.1 Right of Refusal: Beacon Printing, Inc. reserves the right to refuse to print anything that it deems illegal, libelous, scandalous, improper, or infringing upon copyright law.
6.2 Right to Modify: Beacon Printing, Inc. reserves the right to add, delete, and/or modify any of the terms and conditions for beaconraffletickets.com at any time at its sole discretion. If any modification is unacceptable to the customer, the only recourse is to not use beaconraffletickets.com. Customers are bound by the most recent terms and conditions.
7. Limitations of Liability
7.1 Damages: Under no circumstance is Beacon Printing, Inc. liable for specific, punitive, or consequential damages in relation to the use of the beaconraffletickets.com website or service.
7.2 Reproductions: Beacon Printing, Inc. is not responsible for the illegal reproduction or counterfeiting of any raffle tickets or other items purchased from beaconraffletickets.com.
7.3 Printing Errors: Beacon Printing, Inc. is not responsible for printing errors on raffle tickets and other items. Beacon Printing, Inc. prints the tickets according to the proof approved by the customer when the order is placed.
8. Miscellaneous
8.1 Blacklight Acknowledgment and Release: Customers purchasing a blacklight flashlight from Beacon Printing, Inc., acknowledge the following: (1) that the blacklight is not a toy and is not suitable for children or pets, (2) LED radiation associated with the blacklight can cause permanent vision damage and exposure of blacklight to eyes should be avoided, and (3) the use of ultra violet goggles is recommended while using or near the blacklight. Customers also release Beacon Printing, Inc. and any related persons or entities from liabilities and claims relating to the blacklight.
8.2 Credit Card Fraud: Beacon Printing, Inc. will cooperate with law enforcement authorities to investigate the fraudulent use of credit cards. Our system automatically verifies all addresses with VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
8.3 Privacy Policy: Beacon Printing, Inc. will not give, sell, or in any way transfer any personally identifiable information about customers to anyone outside our company for the purposes of marketing to you. Our policy only applies to Beacon Printing, Inc. websites and does not extend to practices of other websites that we may link to, companies that we do not own or control, or to people that we do not employ or manage. We collect and transmit only the information necessary to receive, process, and ship your order and to notify you of any delays or issues.
8.4 Taxes: Beacon Printing, Inc. only collects Kentucky sales tax. All amounts due for Kentucky sales tax will be added to the customer’s invoice and are the responsibility of the customer. No tax exemption can be granted unless the customer’s current “Exemption Certificate” is submitted with the order or is on file in our office at the time the order is placed.
8.5 Raffle Illegality: Customers are responsible for ensuring that the use of raffle tickets is legal in the locality of intended use.
8.6 Termination: In its sole discretion, with or without notice, Beacon Printing, Inc. may suspend, limit, or terminate customer’s access or use of beaconraffletickets.com and its services.
8.7 Arbitration: The parties involved in each transaction agree that any and all disputes or claims shall be filed and litigated in a court of record in Campbell County, Kentucky.
8.8 Acceptance of Terms: By using beaconraffletickets.com, customers agree to all terms and conditions, which will be binding upon each party and its successors and assigns and governed by the laws of the state of Kentucky without reference to conflict of law principles. These terms and conditions contain the entire understanding of the parties regarding the use of beaconraffletickets.com and superseded all prior and contemporaneous agreements and understanding between the parties.
8.9 Relationship: No agency, partnership, or employee-employer relationship is created by these terms and conditions.
