QUESTION - I did not order enough raffle tickets what should I do. 

ANSWER - Simple—Just place a new order with the quantity that you need and be sure that you change the starting number to the last number of the previous order plus 1. Remember that the 6 digit security number printed on the Raffle Ticket and stub Will be different from the original order.

 

QUESTION. Do you have any additional sizes of raffle tickets, additional stubs or different colors?

ANSWER This is a safety feature that glows under black light. This can not be duplicated by a counterfeiter on a color copy machine.

 

QUESTION - Why do you only accept credit cards.

ANSWER—At our low prices we can not handle open accounts or ship C.O.D. Terms are payment by credit card at time of order. In order to keep your prices as low as possible it is essential that we avoid the expense of billing and bookkeeping detail.

 

QUESTION - How soon will my tickets ship?

ANSWER—Your tickets can ship in as little as 15 minutes after you place your order. Realistically due to our volume and UPS pick up times please allow 24 to 48 hours, not including weekends and holidays.

 

QUESTION - Can I order printed envelopes and letters to distribute my Raffle Tickets?.

QUESTION - I am placing and order for a raffle ticket but I also want to order Wristbands, roll tickets and several other items. Can I order them together?

ANSWER - Yes, unless the item that you want to purchase is custom, we will have it in stock for immediate shipment and will ship it with your raffle tickets.

 

QUESTION - I am placing and order for a raffle ticket but I also want to order several custom items. Can I order them together?

ANSWER - Yes you can, however custom items take longer to produce and will delay the entire shipment. Be sure to call customer support and we will coordinate your order.

 

QUESTION - What information do you keep on your computer

ANSWER - We keep information about your ticket purchases, shipping and billing information and general statistical information about our sales . For your safety we do not keep your credit card information, this must be entered for each purchase.
