QUESTION - What is a “Breakaway Lanyard”
ANSWER - A little “catch” is incorporated into the lanyard that will snap loose if the lanyard gets caught on something. The catch may be snapped back together and reused after an event.

ANSWER - Yes and that is included in our price

QUESTION - Why do I need lanyards and badges
ANSWER - Your guests will appreciate knowing who is in charge to answer any questions that they may have. They can also be used to identify ticket sellers, bartenders, security personnel, etc.
QUESTION - Why do you offer both plastic and paper badges.
ANSWER - The plastic badges are waterproof and can be used for multi-day events, wet locations and outdoor events. The paper badges are ideal for single day events.
QUESTION - What information do you keep on your computer
ANSWER - We keep information about your ticket purchases, shipping and billing information and general statistical information about our sales . For your safety we do not keep your credit card information, this must be entered for each purchase.
QUESTION - Why do you only accept credit cards.
ANSWER—At our low prices we can not handle open accounts or ship C.O.D. Terms are payment by credit card at time of order. In order to keep your prices as low as possible it is essential that we avoid the expense of billing and bookkeeping detail.
QUESTION - How soon will my lanyards and badges ship?
ANSWER—Your lanyards can ship in as little as 15 minutes for stock items after you place your order. Custom badges normally ship 2 to 3 work days after approval of you proof. Realistically due to our volume and UPS pick up times please allow 24 to 48 hours, not including weekends and holidays
