QUESTION -. How long does it take to produce my custom products?
ANSWER - We generally ship in 2 work days after you approve your proof.
QUESTION -. I do not see any pricing. How much do these items cost?
ANSWER - Since these are custom products we do not know the cost until we know exactly what you need. We will submit to you a written bid on the cost of your project that you may accept, reject or ask us to revise.
QUESTION - What information do you keep on your computer
ANSWER - We keep information about your ticket purchases, shipping and billing information and general statistical information about our sales . For your safety we do not keep your credit card information, this must be entered for each purchase.
QUESTION - Why do you only accept credit cards.
ANSWER—At our low prices we can not handle open accounts or ship C.O.D. Terms are payment by credit card at time of order. In order to keep your prices as low as possible it is essential that we avoid the expense of billing and bookkeeping detail.
QUESTION - How soon will my custom products ship?
ANSWER—Normally 2 to 3 workdays after approval of your proof
